The main floor has a living room with home theater, a formal dining room seating 10, family room with fireplace and kitchen with breakfast nook, center island with bar seating for two, granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a half-bath and laundry room on the main level.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and office area. The private marble bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. There is another bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom which can be used as a second master. The other three bedrooms share a hall bath. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 twin beds.

The basement, although not yet finished, is setup for fun and entertainment with a foosball table, ping pong table and bumper pool. There are a variety of patios, porches and decks from which to enjoy the beautiful yard including a screened porch off the family room. There are also 2 tennis courts about a mile from the house owned by the neighborhood association.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning and many of the first floor rooms and bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
